Important: By downloading, installing, or using the Havenly mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Overview

Havenly is a mobile application designed to help users transform any space using AI-powered design technology. The app offers both free and premium subscription features for AI space transformation, including interior design, outdoor landscaping, workspace optimization, and commercial space design capabilities for homes, backyards, gardens, offices, and more.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Havenly Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $9.99 per week
Yearly Subscription: $200.00 per year (Most Popular - Save 65%!)

Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Features

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find Havenly and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find Havenly and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

Havenly does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account and payment information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the app in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Use AI design features responsibly and ethically
Respect copyright and intellectual property rights in your space images
Not create or edit content that violates laws or platform policies
Obtain necessary rights to edit images featuring private properties or spaces
Not use the app to create deceptive or misleading design content
Use space transformation features for legitimate design purposes only

8. AI Space Design Processing and Content Disclaimer

Important AI Processing Notice: Havenly provides AI-powered space design technology that processes your uploaded space images to create transformations based on your design commands. Users are responsible for ensuring all uploaded space content complies with applicable laws, respects property rights, and follows platform guidelines. Users must obtain proper rights when editing images of private properties or spaces.

9. Space Images and Content Responsibility

Users retain full responsibility for all space images uploaded and designed through the app
Users must ensure uploaded images do not infringe on copyrights, property rights, or other intellectual property
Havenly does not monitor or control user-uploaded space content
Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their AI design requests
Designed space images are stored locally on user devices by default
Users must not create deceptive, harmful, or illegal content using AI design features
Users should respect privacy when uploading images of private properties or spaces

10. Camera and Photo Access Permissions

Havenly requires camera and photo library access to provide AI space design functionality:

Camera access is used exclusively for capturing space images within the app
Photo library access enables importing and saving designed space images
Users can revoke permissions at any time through device settings
No space images are processed without explicit user action
All space transformations require user-initiated commands

11. Intellectual Property

Users retain full ownership and rights to their original space images and AI-generated designs. Havenly does not claim any rights to user-generated content or space designs. Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on third-party rights.

12. AI Design Content Policy

Responsible AI Use: Havenly's AI technology should not be used to create deceptive content, misleading property representations, or fraudulent design imagery intended to harm individuals or misrepresent properties. Users must use AI design features ethically and in compliance with applicable laws.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including uploaded space images and AI design processing data.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Havenly at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

Havenly and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to issues with AI design processing quality or space transformation functionality.

17. Technical Support

We provide technical support for app functionality, AI processing issues, and subscription management. Support does not include professional design consultation or space planning advice.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
